The Institute of Tax and Customs Administration (ITCA) has two departments under it: the Department of Tax and Customs Administration and the Department of Public Financial Management. Tax and customs administration has been introduced because it plays a predominant role in the public financial management of the Government of Ethiopia. Department of Public Financial Management addresses the need for trained managers in order to manage and control public funds efficiently.
